VIP Customer Loyalty Software

What is VIP Customer Loyalty System?

BRING MORE PEOPLE TO YOUR BUSINESS!  Find out where your customers are from.  Reward your customers. Discover how to market to your clients. What marketing plans work best on which demographic groups?

The software began in Bingo but can actually be used for much more than just Bingo establishments.  This software will help attract customers and keep them coming back for a chance to Win Prizes, collect points, and you get to follow customers by gender, promotions to correlate it with advertising dollars.

To be eligible, a membership form is filled out and a membership card is issued.  The customers can start using their card right away (RFID optional).  The membership form should track address, postal/zip code, gender, phone #'s,  full name, email and more.

The VIP software can be configured to offer points for every scan.  Also, a scan can occur at each purchase or on a per session or time basis.  Additional points can be awarded for birthdays or anniversaries.  Every scan can also offer a chance to print draw receipts, or win random prizes for which you configure the odds of winning.  Receipts and Coupons and winning notices can be printed on the optional thermal Printer, or on a Laser Printer. Membership cards can quickly be printed or plastic pre-printed cards may be used.

This system is currently being used across the Canadian province of BC in many Bingo Halls for tracking client visits.  The software uses a serial barcode scanner to scan client membership cards.  The system creates the barcodes required for the memberships cards.  As members scan at a station, their total points and player number will appear on the bottom of the screen.  Normally, a player can only scan once per session, but, the software is configurable to handle many situations.  Upon scanning, the 3D cubes will rotate faster, and the images on them will change.  If the member receives 3 of a kind, the system can optionally print of a sheet indicating the prize that was won!!  The odds and prizes are configured in the Administration Software.  Also, every scan records a pre-determined number of points which a member can eventually redeem for money or merchandise.  You get to set the value of the points that accumulate.

Customer Software and Administration Software

The Customer software is what the customer sees when he or she scans their membership card. The Administration software is what your staff will see when generating financial reports, statistical reports, print mailing labels, barcodes and more.  Both programs run on 1 computer and can use separate monitors.  The software can also be used from any other computer on a network.  See some sample screen shots below.

Customer Screen

One line of textual information on the bottom scrolls from right to left... can have an unlimited number of items. This screen can be up to 100+ feet away from the PC.

The Words Scan and Win bounce around the top of the screen and the cubes spin after scanning. Three of a kind wins a prize.

Administration Software

The Administration software is where you configure the scanning station(s), print reports, barcode, mailing labels and more.

Barcodes

This section allows you to print barcodes for a selected range of customers.

Session editor

This program allows you to set-up the sessions and points/coupons available per session and date-range.

Attendance Summary report

This report shows total points and associated value awarded per report date range. The date range can be any past date range and can be per session as well.

Age Group Report

This report shows male/females who had visited within a certain selected date range.

Customer data screen

Double-click to edit a customer or view their information. Scroll right and down to see more.

Customer Visits

This information can be printed. It can't be changed. Individual records may be deleted if required by a supervisor
